Airport Ordinance
Glynn County Airport Commission is an agency of Glynn County, but under the supervision of the Golden Isles Development Authority. The Commission may exercise the powers set out in this Ordinance at any place within Glynn County, Georgia and in any contiguous land outside said County which is used for airport purposes as provided herein. The Commission shall have perpetual existence.
